Virtual abstract selection meeting

With VMS selection meeting participants meet in topic-based breakout rooms and may communicate via a chat or video talk while they are working in teams or individually to populate sessions with abstracts, session titles and chairs.

VMS is integrated with our planner and the abstract system. Extensive search features help you identifying abstracts and adding them to sessions you are working on. Once an abstract is selected, it is blocked for other participants. Co-chair level members may finalise sessions or release abstracts to other breakout rooms, if required. Final sessions can be imported back into the planner.
