Founded in 1998 as pharma service, with a previous background of more than 12 years IT consulting in the pharmaceutical industry, documediaS has developed individual and adaptive solutions for full service abstract management, with unique abilities in flexibility and customizability.
Based on our flexible system architecture, documediaS is able to provide solutions for the broadest range of individual client requirements. The company's headquarter is located in Hanover, Germany.
At numerous congresses of all sizes, documediaS has proved itself to be a competent and reliable partner. Our service portfolio covers the complete scientific process, from the online submission of abstracts, sessions, and e-posters, to the planning and publication the scientific programme online and its publication on various devices and formats. We may also produce the conference proceedings on USB sticks, CD-ROM, as an on-line resource, mobile applications and in printed book form.
We annually host up to 75.000 abstracts and up to 100 conferences. For the AIDS 2012 Conference in Washington, DC, we successfully handled more than 14.000 submissions.
